Petri 1220 c. 7, und aus spaterer Zeit die Verordnung Ludwigs von 1339, in welcher er mit Bezugnahme auf die Er- lasse seiner Vorganger verbietet: ne quis bona, res et merces qualescunque naufragium in dicto alveo Reni paciencium animo sibi retinendi quoquomodo presumant vel audeant occupare seu se intromittere de eisdem, vel alias dictis naufragium pacientibus in- iurias seu molestias aliquas ingerere vel inferre, non obstante aliqua consuetudine seu pocius abusione, si qua a quoquam in contrari- um de facto fuerit observata; quam quidem consuetudinem, si sic dici meretur, tamquam corruptelam et erroneam ac nulla ratione fulcitam reprobamus —.
