CX1V. — 1235. — Vor dem Hofrichter Fried- richs II. klagt der Abt von Murbach: quod quedam bona ecclesie sue per homines suos alienata sint illicite in suum et ecclesie sue preiudicium et gravamen. Es wird erkannt: bona ipsius ecclesie alienari per aliquos non debere sicut de iure non posse, imo si qua alienata illicite inventa fuerint, debeant revocari.
