Nr. CCXXXX. — 1222. — Als Konig Heinrich unmit- telbar nach seiner Kronung den
Herzog Heinrich von Bra bant mit den ihm fruher verliehenen Lehen aufs Neue be- liehen
hatte, wurde dieser verpflichtet, quod iura imperii firmiter observaret et in terra sua
faceret observari. Als Reichsrecht wurden darauf durch Urtheil folgende Satze fest-
