Looz die grafliche Gerichts- barkeit iiber den Hof Fletingis wieder abgesprochen sei, weil
er dieselbe in Abwesenheit des Besitzers erstritten habe: et requisito super hoc iudicio a
tota curia nostra iudicatum est, quod absente possessore. in cuius possessionem ageba-
