Nr. CCCXXXIV. — 1234. — In einer Entscheidung zu Gunsten der Kanoniker von
Mastricht gegen den Bischof von Liittich wird ausgesprochen: — cum victus victori secundum
iura civilia condemnari debeat in expensis, ad instantiam canon. — episcopum eis
sententialiter condempnavimus in C die geschlossene Siihne zu beweisen, steht dem zu,
