Nr. XVI. — Legg. 497. — Allgemeine Grundsatze iiber das Verfugungsrecht des
Marines am Reichslehen (Homeyer §§.35—38) finde ich sonst nicht in den Urtheilen des
Reichshofes ausgesprochen. Zum Versetzen der Reichslehen ist unzweifelhaft Genehmigung des
Konigs nothwendig, wie z. B. 1287 fiir den Fall anerkannt wird, dass der Mann seiner Frau
eine Geldsumme zur Leibzucht bestellt und dasiir ein Reichslehen verpfanden will
