III. 250) erzahlt: Carolus — peciit dari sibi interlocutoriam, an videlicet im- peratori
pro suo et imperii beneplacito in fundo imperii iubere ac percipere liceret, edificare et
destruere vel non. — sentencia pro- cerum imperii id liberum cesari dictabat. Die deutsche
Bearbei tung derselben Chronik (III. 165.) gibt den Spruch so wieder: ja, ein kaiser wer
