Nr. CCLIX. — 1192. — Es wird erkannt: quod nullus ministerialis alicuius
ecclesie feodum, quod habet ab eccle- sia iure ministerialium, iilio suo, qui sue non est
conditionis, vel alii persone in fraudem ecclesie vel subterfugium potest vel debet
concedere. — Heinrich VI. bestatigt dieses Ur- theil: precipientes, ut sicubi
ministerialis ecclesie tale quid in fraudem ecclesie sue perperam fecisse dinoscitur, eius
factum non valeat et omnino revocetur dignaque satisfactio domino suo vel episcopo super
