Nr. CCCI. — 1365. — Der Hofrichter Konrad von Gun- delfingen bekundet, dass vor
ihm mit Gesammturtheil er- kannt worden: alle Urtheile, die gegen H. W. S. von Halle
bereits ergangen seien oder noch ergehen wiirden vor dem Landgericht zu Wimpfen, dieweil
es nicht besetzt ist mit einem freyen manne, als es durch rechte soll, seien fiir ihn
