Nr. LXXXVH. — 1289. — Den Domherren zu Goslar wird zuerkannt, dass sie auf
Klagen wegen Gutes, das sie oder ihr Gotteshaus in rechte Gewere gebracht haben, nur vor
geistlichem Gericht zu Recht stehen sollten, sie willigten denn in einen anderen
