Nr. CCLXXXVII. — 996. — Der sachsische Graf Wich- mann hatte die Abtei Elten gestiftet und einen grossen Theil seines Grundeigenthums der Stiftung geschenkt. Nach seinem Tode forderte seine Tochter Adela einen Theil des bereits iibergebenen Gutes zuriick: quandam proprieta- tis iam traditae partem exposcens dicensque, quod pater eius secundum Saxonicam legem absque eius consensu et licentia nullam potuisset facere traditionem, totam patris sui donationem perduxit in errorem. — Die Sache kam nach langjahrigen Streitigkeiten durch einen Vergleich zu Ende.
