Nr. CCXVI. — 1151. — Konrad II. entscheidet einen Streit zwischen dem Pfarrer zu Iphofen und dem Hartwich von Erlach iiber den Zehnten zu Iphofen zu Gunsten des Ersteren. Laicus autem affirmabat, se prenotatas partes duas decimae ab abbatissa et ecclesia Kizzingensi iure pa- terno in beneficio habere. Iudicatum est itaque a M. de Grumbach, eiusdem ecclesiae advocato, et a nostra curia, quia ecclesia K. regalia, quod herscilt dicitur, non haberet, nullus laicorum quicquam de iure beneficiali ab ecclesia vel ab abbatissa tenere posset.
