Weisthiimern bekundeten Rechtssatz ist auch die Urkunde des Erzbischofs von Salzburg von
1275 in den Quellen zur b. und d. Geschichte V. S. 288 zu vergleichen, wonach der
Erzbischof seinem Kapitel eine Entschadigung dafiir verspricht, dass er dem Herzog
Heinrich von Bayern die Vogtei uber gewisse Giiter verliehen habe, was nicht hatte
geschehen sollen sine fratrum et canonicorum nostrorum expresso consensu, — Romanorum
