CCLXXXIV. — 1283. — Auf die Frage: utrum principes vel aliquis alius cuiuscunque conditionis, vi vel metu inductus, expers proprie libertatis, fideiussionibus, stipulationibus vel aliis obligationibus, se posset constrin- gere vel artare, ita quod in posterum ipse huiusmodi obligationibus sic extortis posset impeti vel aliqualiter con- veniri, tanquam efficaciter obligatus? wird erkannt, quod principes vel alius quilibet ad ea, que vi metuve coactus promitteret vel quibuscunque pactis obligatoriis se adslrin- geret, factus sui compos nullatenus teneretur et tales pactio nes obligatorie qualescunque censende forent irrite penitus et inanes. In Gemassheit dessen werden auch alle Ver- sprechungen und Verpfiindungen, welche Konig Wenzel von Bohmen, gezwungen vom Markgrafen Otto von Brandenburg vorgenommen, fiir nichtig erklart.
