Nr. CCXXXI. — 1299. — Auf die Anfrage desselben: si quis tenens feodum a domino
aliquo moriatur absque heredibus illis, qui vulgo dicuntur leivenherben, et domi- nus
feodorum ipsa feoda sibi attrahet et ea per annum unum et diem sicut sua propria possidet
pacifice et quiete, et ex tunc venit aliquis diceus, se in dictis feodis ius habere, et
impetit dominum feodorum super ipsis, utrum ipso do mino feodorum huiusmodi possessio anni
et diei debeat suf- fragari? wird geurtheilt: quod dicto domino feodorum dicta possessio
