    uidelicet Dagoberti regis felicis memorie quedam bona apad Mosellam in uillis Eira et Edegrin et circa easdem sita pos- sidere dinoscitur. quorum tarnen bonorum prouentus prop ter nimiam que est inter possessionem et possidentes dis- tantiam sine magno labore et graui expensa annuatim col- ligi non possunt. Cum igilur ralione justa ad me pertineat memórate ecclesie cura et solliciludo . ad perpetuum in hac parte grauamen quod sustinent in ea militantes abolen- dum . pio aftectu et equo animo liberani potestatem alie- nandi . uel commutandi dicta bona cum omni jure et pa- tronatu ecclesiarnm qui ad me pertinet ibidem . concedo eisdem . ratum habiturus . et gratum quicquid pro neces sitate ecclesie inde poterunt ordinäre (1).
