Henricus et Dyt- hardus fratres dicti de Paffendorf milites tenore presentium publice profitemur et declarari cupimus notitie singulo- rum . quod de gratia et liberalitate speciali per venerabi- lem dominum nostrum H. Treuerensem electum Judeis suis Confluentinis facta . sicut etiam ipsorum Privilegium décla rai . a festo Paschali proximo futuro per unum annum con tinuum et instantem . quos etiam ab omni genere servitu- tis liberos dimisit et dimitti preeepit absolutos. Quod si etiam prefatus dominus noster ipsam libertatem predictis Judeis Confluentinis factam . quam per sigillum opidi Con- fluentini civitatis petivimus nomine suo communiri . vio lare quod non faciet conaretur . nos vero civiiali et civibus Confluentinis omne dampnum seu guerram et omnem scru- pulum questionis ipsis inde nasciturum deponere et eximere promittimus sine dolo.
