    castris Schoynsteio et Nono Castro а�? de opido seu uîlla Aspach et bonis seu officiis ad bec perlinenùbus; et promi- simus fide presùta corporali et juramento interposito, quod dicta castra et opidum Aspach cum suis pertinentiis et attinentiis vniuersis fideliter conseruabimus ad omnem voluntatem ipsius doruini mei Coloniensis, nec ipsa castra ac opidum dimittemus vel dabimus in manus alicujus ex quacuuque causa nisi de mandato et jussu ipsius domini nostri elt cti speciali. Hoc adjecto quod nec ratioue expen- sarum nec ex alia causa qualicunque requisili per eundem dominum nostrum Wicboldum electum ipsa castra et opi dum cum omnium attinentium integrilate deliberare et re- assignare aliquatenus differemus.
