    Ego Johannes domnus de Helfenstein armiger recog- nosco publice per présenles quod ego promisi el in hiis scriptis promilto fideliter, quod si strenuus miles Herman- nus domnus de Hclfenstein fraler meus Castrum nostrum Helfenstein, quod nos ambo recipimus et tenemus in Feo dum bgium ab ecclesia Treuereosi, recognouerit per suas patentes lateras desuper dandas esse aperibile domno noslro archiepiscopo Treuerensi ejusque successoribus, et in feo dum ligium et aperibile ab eadem Treuerensi ecclesia des cenderé , quod ego hoc idem faciam, et patentes meas Hue ras recognitorias eidem domno meo archiepiscopo de hoe tradam.
