Abstract
17. November 1597, Kranj
Franc Lathomus, komisar oglejske kranjske arhidiakonije, prošt kranjske bratovščine sv. Rešnjega Telesa, in Simon Ottana, župnik v Vodicah in ključar te bratovščine, izročata zemljišče v Orehovljah, ki ga je preje imela v posesti pokojna Wallandt Fraykjulin Gašperju Wyrikhu in njegovim dedičem v Orehovljah proti gotovi vsoti denarja v dedni najem, pod pogojem, da daje bratovščini običajne davke in 36 krajcarjev letne robotnine. Zemljišče se prodaja le z dovoljenjem oblasti.
