Janez, Ulrikov sin (Jaensel, Vlreichs sun) "auz der Gruben", proda s svojo sestro Seldo in z dediči mariborskemu meščanskemu špitalu (dem spittal ze Marchpurch) za deset goldinarjev njivo, ki leži pri njivi Schralla, nad cerkvijo Naše ljube gospe (vnser Vrawen chirchen) (na Lebarjah) in ob poti, ki vodi k Račjemu dvoru (gen Raytz). Listino je pečatil mariborski mestni sodnik in kletarski mojster Paltram (richter vnd chellrmayster ze Marpurch).
