Herman Müttel (Herman der Müttel) proda Janezu iz Loke (Johannes von Lak) in vsem njegovim dedičem za šestnajst funtov dunajskih denarjev pusto kmetijo "auff dem Vestwein" z vsem pripadajočim. Kupec je zgornjo vsoto že prejel. Listino sta pečatila izstaviteljev brat Wisant Müttel (Bysant der Müttel), župnik starotrški in arhidiakon na Koroškem (pharrer ze Sand Pangräczen vnd erzbrister in Kernden), ter Ahac Tribniški (Achacz der Triebnikcher), oskrbnik na slovenjegraškem gradu (phleger ze Windischgrecz). Aussteller: Herman Müttel, brat Wisanta Müttela, župnika starotrškega Empfänger: Janez iz Loke in vsi njegovi dediči
