Andrej Grimšič (Anndre Grimmsiczer) proda s svojo ženo Marjeto (Margreth) in z vsemi dediči slovenjegraškemu meščanskemu špitalu (spitall in der statt Windischgrecz) in špitalskemu mojstru Janezu (Johannesen die zeit spitalmaister) pusto kmetijo z imenom "Schlczowa" v Razborci (am Raswarcz) v slovenjegraški gospoščini (herrschafft Windischgrecz). Vsakokratni hasnovalec posesti je dolžan letno po dve marki in šestdeset denarjev. Listino sta pečatila: brat izstavitelja dokumenta, Anton Grimšič (Anthoni Grimsiczer), in Andrej Hawtz (Anndre Hawcz). Aussteller: Andrej Grimšič s svojo ženo Marjeto in z vsemi dediči Empfänger: slovenjegraški meščanski špital
