Neža, vdova po mariborskem meščanu in mesarju Venclju (Angnes, des Wenntzla fleischacker), proda Elizabeti, vdovi po mariborskem meščanu in zlatarju Rupertu (Elsbetten des Ruprecht goltsmyds) hišo s pripadajočim zemljiščem v mestu Maribor (in der statt) na (Glavnem) trgu (am placz). Posest meji na Cerkveno ulico (Kirchgassenn), na hišo Ivana Kreppingerja, krojača, in na hišo Pavla Schintlingerja. Posest je bila prodana s privoljenjem mariborskega meščana in mestnega sodnika Bernardina Druckerja (Wernhardin Drucker). Za hasnovanje se daje letno po tri polovice denarjev zemljarine. Pečateno s pečatom mariborskega mesta. Aussteller: Neža, vdova po mariborskem meščanu in mesarju Venclju Empfänger: Elizabeta, vdova po mariborskem meščanu in zlatarju Rupertu
