Neža (Agnes), vdova po mariborskem meščanu in mesarju Venclju (Watzla flryschagkr, burger zu Margkpurg), proda someščanu in jermenarju Ulriku (Vlrichn remer), njegovi ženi Afri in vsem dedičem oštat s pripadajočim na (dravskem) nabrežju pri Mariboru (am rain bey Margkpurg). Posest, ki jo je hasnoval Erhard Kirchdorffer, meji na njive peka Cererja (an des Zärer pegken) in na Viljema Terringerja (Wilhalm Terringer). Posest je bila prodana s privoljenjem Mihaela Weythausa (Michel Weythaus), limbuškega župnika (pfarer ze Lempach) in kaplana v Mariboru (caplan zu Margkpurg). Listino je na prošnjo izstaviteljice pečatil omenjeni limbuški župnik. Aussteller: Neža, vdova po mariborskem meščanu in mesarju Venclju Empfänger: Ulrik, mariborski meščan in jermenar, njegova žena Afra in vsi dediči
