Mariborski mestni sodnik Primož Hürnas (Primus Hürnawss) in mestni svet izjavljata, da sta izročila duhovniku salzburške nadškofije, Valentinu Tollanntu (Valenntein Tollannt), bivajočemu v Mariboru, opuščeno zemljišče iz mestne gmajne, ležeče na Grajskem griču (an Slosperg) na Cvajniku (ym Zweinickh). Posest meji z zgornjo stranjo in na desni na gorskopravno zemljišče Ivniških (der Eyweswalder) in ki ga imajo zdaj otroci in dediči Ivana "von Himelaw", z levo stranjo pa meji na posest omenjenega Valentina. Za hasnovanje posesti se daje mariborskemu mestu letno po dve vodni vedri mošta in dvanajst denarjev. Pečateno z mestnim pečatom. Aussteller: mesto Maribor Empfänger: Valentin Tollannt, duhovnik salzburške nadškofije, bivajoč v Mariboru
