Ivan Holzapfel mlajši (Hans Holtzapffel der jünger) iz Welheidta se zaveže, da bo v redu obdeloval polovico kmetije pri Welheidtu in od nje v redu plačeval dajatve in opravljal predpisane služnosti. Polovica kmetije je iz posesti in dvora, ki ga je Ivanov pokojni oče Klaus (Closs) imel od samostana Herdehausna (closter Herdehausenn) in kar je po Klausovi smrti prišlo v roke Janeza Antrechta (Johan Antrecht), knežjega vicekanclerja v Hessenu in svetovalca v Kasslu. Dokument je pečatil Ivan Senger (Johan Senger), »stadt vnndt ampts schultheiss« v Kasslu (zue Cassell). Aussteller: mesto Kassel Empfänger: Ivan Holzapfel mlajši iz Welheidta
