Janez Vajkard, baron Vetter (Johann Weickhardt Vetter freyherr), gospod bistriškega gradu (herr zue burg Veistriz), izstavi Matiji Mavriču (Matthiass Mauritsch), podložniku na Tinju (zu Teinach), ščitno pismo za vinograd na Kaceneku (in Kazelpacher perg), ki ga je podedoval po svojem očetu Juriju. Vinograd meji na desni na posest Lovrenca, Markovega sina, na levi in zgoraj na zemljišče cerkve sv. Venčeslava (St. Wenzels kirche) (na Zgornji Ložnici), spodaj pa na kmetijo Gregorja Vračka (Gregor Wratschgo). Dokument je podpisal in pečatil izstavitelj.
