Abstract
1. Mai 1335, Linz
Chuenrat1 von Sunthaim verkauft mit Zustimmung seiner Frau Osann (Osanna) zwei freieigene Güter auf der Oed (Oid) um 50 lb an Eberhart von Walsse mit der Verpflichtung, den Kaufpreis zurückzuerstatten, falls die genannten Gütern mit einem Landesrecht behaftet sind. Der Aussteller und seine Frau übernehmen die Gewähr nach Eigenrecht und Landesrecht in Österreich.$$S.: Aussteller.Geben ze Lincz in der stat an sand Philipps und sand Jacobs der heiligen zwelif poten tag.
