Abstract
7. Mai 1398, Wien
Herzog Albrecht [IV.] befreit Abt und Konvent von Sewsenstain (sannd Bernharts orden) vom Landgericht, ausgenommen die schädlichen Leute, die im Falle von Totschlag, Notzucht oder Diebstahl vom Amtmann des Klosters nach Aufforderung des Landrichters an der Grenze vom befreiten Territorium zum Landesgerichtsterritorium diesem übergeben werden sollen. Hab und Gut der Übeltäter sollen dem Kloster verbleiben. Geben zw Wienn am erichtag nach sand Johanns tag ante portam Latinam.
