    Omnibus ad quos presentium notitia pervenerit, Walterus, dominus de Formi- seles, Wilhelmus de Bergis, miles, patruus castellani Bergensis, et Baldewinus, dominus de Prat, in Domino salutem. Noverit universitas vestra, quod ad pe- titionem dilecti nepotis et consanguinei nostri Gileberti, castellani Bergensis, ut eum a debitis, quibus ultra modum gravabatur, liberaremus, nos plegios constituimus, erga abbatem et ecclesiam sancti Bertini, de pignore decimarum Lisseweghe et Coudekerka, in pace habendo et tenendo, et de aliis conven- tionibus, que in carta ejusdem castellani continentur, legitime servandis; per presentem cartam et sigilla nostra ad hoc nos obligantes, et interposita fide nos ejusdem pignoris conservatores et defensores constituentes contra quoslibet injuriatores, domino terre tantummodo excepto. Actum feria secunda post Annun- tiationem, dominicam in proximo pascha, anno Domini scribendo millesimo CO vicesimo secundo.
