Sane hoc ea conditione factum est, quod predicti ill i tres integrum debitum comiti persolvent de via illa cum reliqua terra sua sicut prius fecerunt. Poterunt etiam monachi sancti Bertini viam illam fossato separare de terra illorum quandocumque volue- rint.
