      B. prepositus de Vilburg et G. prepositus sancti Andree Wormat., iudices de consensu partium constituti in causa que vertitur inter fratres domus Theutonice ex una parte et heredes Ulrici de Cnoringen ex altera super universis bonis, que idem Ulricus possidebat in Flersheim, dictis fratribus legatis, videli- cet trium curiarum, unius quam inhabitabat, alterius que dicitur ad fabricam veterem, tercie que dicitur iuxta piscinam, quin- quaginta duorum iugerum in uno campo, in alio lv., terre se- minatis, septem et dimidii vinearum. Visis attestacionibus et diligenter examinatis, habito prudentum virorum consilio, dicta bona fratribus per diffinitivam sententiam adiudicamus. Actum anno domini m.cc.xl.ix.
