      Rudolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Uni- versis sacri imperii fidelibus graciam suam et omne bonum etc. Hinc est quod nos vendicionem duarum partium decime ville de Bruningesheim f.ictam per nobilem virum Wernherum de Falkenstein fratribus domus Teutonice apud Franckenford, que partes ad nos et imperium pertinent, facta nobis recompensa de bonis infrascriptis et de manibus nostris receptis a predicto Weruhero, venditionem huiusmodi ratam habentes et gratam ipsam presentibus confirmamus. Bona autem nobis in recom- pensam tradita sunt sex mansi in inferiori villa Erlebach et unum molendinum ibi constitutum.

      Huius rei testes sunt: Burgravius de Fridberg; scultetus de Franckenfurt; Conradus de Godeloch; Conradus de Selgen- stat; Hartmannus de Cronenberg.
