      Iudices sancte Maguntine sedis. Recognoscimus et tenore prescntium protestamur quod magister Gerhardus rector scola- rium in Frankenfort in nostra constitutus presencia recognovit, se omnem porcionem hereditatis sue quam habebat in inferiori Lanstein suis coheredibus ibidem videlicet Heinrico dicto de Merinberg avunculo suo, uxori eius et pueris eorundem pro quadam summa pecunie vendidisse, et eandem hereditatem re- signavit et renunciacionis evidens testimonium presentes litteras conscribi fecimus et sigilli nostri munimine roborari. Actum Maguntie, anno domini m.cc.lxviii., xv. kal. maii.
