      prestanda secundum ius et terre consuetudinem super bonis sitis in villa Fruchte et suis pertinenciis, venditis ab eisdem . . commendatori et fratribus predictis necnon de ratihabicione pro- curanda contractum predictum et renunciacionem super bonis predictis per Sophiam et Iuttam minores annis, filias Sophie memorate, cum ad annos legitimos pervenerint facienda, ita quod si dicti venditores in premissis vel altero premissorum ne- gligentes fuerint vel remissi, nos moniti extunc ex parte dicto- rum religiosorum inferius Lainsteyn intrabimus ad iacendum ad comestus etc.; et si aliquem nostrum ante predicta mori conti- gerit, loco defuncti ipsi venditores alium fideiussorem eque ydo- neum subrogare tenebuntur, alioquin moniti iacebimus prout superius est expressum. In cuius rei testimonium etc. quia si- gilla propria non habemus sigilla discretorum virorum . . ple- banorum in superiori et inferiori Lainsteyn apponi rogavimus etc. Nos vero plebani predicti etc. duximus presentibus appo- nenda.
