      Nos Th. dei gracia abbas et conventus in Romerstorph notum esse volumus universis, [nos] ratum habere et volenti animo consentire, quod domus et fratres domus Theutonice in Confluentia comparaverunt a dilecta sorofe nostra Gundrade vineam quandam attinentem curie domini archiepiscopi Tre- veren. in insula, sitam iuxta vineam que vocatur Crudewege in Malindra possidendam perpetuo eo iure quo prefata G. possedit vineam eandem et ad ipsam G. fuerat devoluta. Pro mittentes suprascriptis domui et fratribus quod eisdem super emptione prenarrata pro eo quod vinea suprascripta post obi- tum "antedicte G. sororis nostre ad nos devenire deberet nun- quam impetitionem aliquam seu gravamen aliquod inferemus. In cuius rei testimonium sigilla nostra presentibus sunt appensa. Datum anno domini m.cclxx. sexto.
