      In nomine domini, amen. Wernherus de Bolandia et Phi lippus de Hohenfels universis presentium inspectoribus notitiam subscriptorum. Cum de vite medio migrant homines, littera manet superstes que ad posteros priorum transvehat actiones. Ad notitiam igitur universorum cupimus pervenire quod nos ius patronatus ecclesie parochialis sancte Marie dicte Udenmunster in civitate Moguntina site, quod nobis competit sive in cuius possessione vel quasi hactenus fuimus presentandi, liberaliter et propter deum cum voluntate filiorum ac aliorum heredum no- strorum, ut cesset calumpnia que posset in posterum suboriri, conferimus fratribus de domo hospitalis sancte Marie Theutoni- corum Ierosolimit., ut cum ipsam vacare contigerit, pleno iure ad ipsos pertineat in subsidium terre sancte, cum fructibus et utilitate omnimoda que exinde poterunt provenire. Renuntiantes presentibus collationi, presentationi et iuri quod nobis compe- tebat in eadem. Et ut nostra collatio quam pro nostrarum ac progenitorum nostrorum animarum remedio fecimus et salute, firma et rata permaneat in presenti et futuro, presens scrip tum sigillorum nostrorum munimine duximus roborandum.
