      Theodericus comes Clyvensis universis presencium inspecto- ribus notum facimus, tenore presencium publice protestando, quod nos dilectos nobis fratres de domo Theutonica, presencium exhibitores, cum personis navibus vinis et bonis seu rebus suis omnibus in nostram firmam protectionem recepimus et conduc- tum. Rogamus igitur universos et singulos, pro nobis seu no- stri intuitu quippiam facere vel dimittere volentes, quatinus dictos fratres de domo Theutonica cum eorum attinenciis omni- bus, omni impedimento et molestia prorsus postposita, nostre dilectionis intuitu diligenter et seriose promoveant, ubicunque poterunt, et defendant. Precipimus eciam nostris officiatis uni- versis, seriose volentes, quatinus predictos fratres in personis
