Wilhelm romischer konig erweitert dem deutschen orden die demselben bereits von seinem vater zu Ammers und Niemansvrient fiir hundert fasser wein ertheilte zollfreiheit mit einwilligung seines bruders Florents dergestalt, dass sie an den genannten orten und zu Geervliet ganz zollfrei sein sollen.       Willelmus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Universis sacri imperii fidelibus presentes litleras inspecturis gratiam suam et omne bonum. Licet cunctis imperii tidelibus celsitudo regalis se liberalem debeat exhibere, illos tamen am- pliori gracia tenetur prosequi et favore, qui ad ex,altationem ipsius vigilantius elaborant. Cum itaque clare memorie Floren tius pater noster comes Hollandie ob suorum remedium pecca- torum honorabilibus personis magistro et fratribus domus sancte Marie Theutonicorum dilectis fidelibus nostris duxerit indulgen- dum, ut in Ammers et Niemansvriend cum centum vasis vini absque aliqua exactione thelonii possint libere pertransire; nos volentes ipsis graciam facere ampliorem, karissimi fratris nostri Florentii accedente consensu, ipsos de omnibus bonis ipsorum, que per loca predicta et apud Gerflet eundo vel redeundo de- duxerint, ab omni exactione thelonii denariorum videlicet panis et vini liberalitate regia duximus eximendos; eis tenore pre- sencium precaventes, quod si contingat nos vel successores no- stros thelonia ipsa vendere, alienare vel etiam obligare, per hoc nullum eis in posterum preiudicium generetur, nec cogan- tur in locis ipsis venire ad littus vel moram trahere, nisi de ipsorum processerit voluntate. In cuius rei testimonium presen tes litteras sigillo nostro regio et sigillo predicti fratris nostri Florentii iussimus communiri.
