      Nos Philippus de Hohenfels iunior presentibus litteris pro- fitemur et constare cupimus universis quod de bona et libera voluntate nostra iam nunc et inperpetuum pro nobis et nostris successoribus universis renunciamus et effestucamus pure et absolute, omni dolo et fraude exclusis, omni iuri impeticioni sive requisicioni que nobis in persona Conradi Kolbe de Hoch- eim civis Maguntini competit vel competere posset de iure vel de facto seu alio quocunque modo; ipsum Conradum cum re- bus suis et persona libera donacione, quemadmodum dominus hominem suum proprium de iure potest et debet, in honore beate Marie virginis fratribus et domui Theutonice in Francken- fort conferentes. Promittimus eciam sub sacramento fidei et honoris nostri nos firmiter obligando quod nunquam inposte- rum, quocunque devenerit, circa requisicionem et impeticionem alicuius iuris contra ipsum seu bona sua movebimus aliquam questionem; dantes has litteras sigillo nostro communitas in evidens robur et testimonium huius facti.

      Testes aderant Gerhardus dapifer de Altzeia; Wernherus scultetus de Oppenheim dictus Winther de Altzeia et Heinricus de Waldecke milites, et quam plures alii fide digni.

      Acta sunt hec anno domini m.cc.lxxx. quarto, feria sexta post dominicam Invocavit.
