      Nos Eberhardus comes de Catzinellenbogen ad universorum noticiam tam presentium quam futurorum cupimus pervenire, tenore presencium lucide profitentes, quod nos de circumspec- tione et candore vite honorabilium virorum fratrum domus Theu- tonice fiduciam gerentes inconcussam pro nobis et nostris here- dibus permittimus et concedimus, quod universa dictorum fra- trum crementa in partibus superioribus ubilibet eisdem cedentia nec non bona illa que ad victualia necessaria domorum eorun- dem requiruntur , apud Bopardiam absque thelonio sine omni impedimento transeant libere et solute.       riis nostro nomine in Bopardia existentibus mandamus et com- mittimus precise volentes, quatinus quandocunque et quociens- cunque ab eisdem fueritis requisiti, ut superius est expressum, eosdem fratres sine omni exactione thelonei transire permittatis presentibus statim visis. In cuius rei testimonium et evidentiam pleniorem memoratis fratribus presentes litteras nostri sigilli munimine tradidimus communitas.
