Colon, legalium et bonorum, quam pecuniam re- cepimus in utilitatem nostre ecclesie convertentes. Renunciantes exceptioni pecunie non recepte non numerate et omni auxilio iuris canonici et civilis necnon actioni que occasione vendicionis buiusmodi nobis posset competere contra ipsos.
