      Fridericus comes de Liningen omnibus Christi fidelibus in perpetuum. Vere digna est Virgo sacratissima, ut que ad eius honorem commodumve ministrorum eiusdem statuuntur, omni quo possunt munimine roborentur. Eapropter presentis scripti indicio scire facimus et posteros et modernos, quod nos nomine nostro et uxoris nostre Agnetis necnon et liberorum nostrorum fratres domus Theutonice transmarine, beate Virgini militantes, ab aministracione quinque solidorum et trium maldrorum sili- ginis, in quibus nobis ex bonis suis in Businsheim annuatim tenebautur, et omni modo serviendi, quo nobis servire debe- bant ex eisdem, liberos dimisimus penitus et absolutos. Verum si deinceps fratres eosdem aliqua bona ibidem contigerit adi- pisci, que nobis servire teneautur, secundum quod debent nobis volumus ex eisdem servicium debitum exhiberi. Ut autem hec nostra donatio perpetue robur obtineat firmitatis, scriptum no- strum sigillo nostro signatum cum testimonio illorum, quorum nomina subsequuntur, eisdem fratribus duximus exhibendum.

      Sunt autem testes: Fratres nostri dominus Henricus Wor- maciensis episcopus, Simon comes Sarepontanus; Everardus comes de Ebirstein; Godebertus et Helfricus filius eius; Ber- toldus Metensis et frater eius Godelmannus; Conradus dapifer de Munisheim; Albertus de Lutirsheim; Ulricus de Grinde- stat; Ulricus de Knoringen; Hugo de Mertimsheim, et alii quam plures.
