      Ricardus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Uni- versis sacri imperii Romani fidelibus presentes litteras inspectu- ris graciam suam et omne bonum. Cupientes honorabiles et religiosos viros . . commendatorem et fratres domus sancte Ma- rie Theotonicorum Frankefordenses propter grata ipsorum me- rita uberiori prosequi gracia et favore, tenore presencium eis- dem fratribus specialiter duximus concedendum ut predicti fra- tres ea libertate et eo iure vel potiori in quadam palude sita iuxta nemus nostrum et imperii prope Frankeford, que Roder- broch vulgariter nuncupatur, uti et gaudere libere valeant quo tempore recolende memorie Frederici olim Romanorum impe- ratoris etHenrici filii sui predecessorum nostrorum usi et gavisi fuisse noscuntur. Quapropter Wolframo militi sculteto nostro et illi qui pro tempore ibidem scultetus fuerit districte precipi- mus et mandamus quatinus predictos commendatorem et fratres super huiusmodi libertate et iure in ipsa palude nullatenus im- pediant vel molestent sed ipsos studeant tam in hiis quam in omnibus eorum agendis favorabiliter promovere.
