      Noverint universi presens publicum instrumentum inspecturi, quod nos frater Bonacursus de ordiue Predicatorum dei gratia Tyren. archiepiscopus, et nos frater Guailardus eiusdem ordinis et eadem gratia Bethleemitanus episcopus vidimus legimus et de verbo ad verbum diligenter inspeximus quasdam litteras do- mini Innocentii pp. ra. sanas et integras non abolitas non can- cellatas non rasas nec in aliqua sui parte viciatas quarum tenor per omnia talis est.

      Innocentius etc.1). Venerabilibus etc. deposuerint efficaciter providere curemus. Datum Lugdun., xi. kal. maii, pontificatus nostri anno tertio.

      Quas quidem litteras transcribi et publicari fecimus per Io- hannem clericum Acconen. notarium publicum ad instanciam et preces religiosi viri fratris Iohannis magni preceptoris domus hospitalis sancte Marie Theutonicorum Ierosolimitan. In cuius rei testimonium presenti instrumento sigilla nostra duximus apponenda.
