      Fridericus dei gratia etc. Per presens scriptum notum fleri volumus universis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod nos feci- mus assignari in manibus L. venerabilis Regini. archiepiscopi dilecti familiaris nostri et.. Regini episcopi nostrorum fidelium subscripta castra, videlicet Suesse, Caiacie, Magdalonis, et Roc- cam Capue, que predicti fideles nostri archiepiscopus et epis- copus tenebunt nomine ecclesie Romane in expensis nostris, in cautionem scilicet et securitatem, qnousque restituantur eidem Romane ecclesie ea que nos tenemus in Marchia et Dncatu, et compleantur omnes restitutiones que secundum formam tracta- tus debebant fieri ante absolutionem nostram, videlicet de pos- sessionibus et mobilibus extantibus. Quibus restitutionibus ad- impletis, iidem archiepiscopus et episcopus resignabunt nobis castra predicta vel cui nos preceperimus. Ad cuius rei memo- riam presens scriptum fieri et sigillo maiestatis nostre iassimus communiri. Data in castris prope Ceperanum, anno dominice incarnationis m cc.xxx., mense augusto, tertie indictionis.
