Item ir haus sol man verchauffen und sol davon geben 50 tl. dn. (Pfund Pfennige) zu sand Jeronymus den frawn anczelegen ze nuecz. Und davon sol man ir begen alle jar ainen jartag. Und an demselben tag, so man den jartag beget, sol man geben den herren daselbs ain tl. dn. Hier wird für die allerdings unüblich umfangreiche Stiftung auch eine Gegenleistung eingefordert, nämlich die Abhaltung eines Jahrtages.
