Bruchsal (Brochsul). — König Heinrich (IV.) nimmt wie seine Vorfahren die Könige und Kaiser Karl, Ludwig, drei Otto, Hein rich II., Konrad und sein Vater Heinrich wegen Bedrängungen böswilliger Menschen (propur quorundam hominum perversorum tergiversationes) das Kloster Pfävers im Gau Cur-Retien in der Grafschaft Eberhards (in pago Retia curiensi, in comitatu Eber- hardi) in seinen Schutz und Schirm (ipsos monachos et res ad pre- fatum mouasterium pertinentes — in nostrum mundiburdium et tuitionem) und ertheilt ihm die freie Abtwahl.
