1280. 1027. Apr. 2. (Rom)- — Kaiser honrad (II) schenkt dem Kloster San Pietro
in Ciel d'oro die zwei Höfe (curticellas) Maliace (Ma- gliaso bei Agno am Luganersee) und
Calovadi und die Kapelle ge nannt Primasca im Thal Belinzona (Berizona) und seinen Grund
besitz (illas terras quas habere visum est) in Blegno (Belegno) und Leventina. Diesen
sämmtlichen Besitz nimmt er, besonders den Hof Maliace (Magliaso), oder was das Kloster im
Thal Lugano oder Agno besitzt, in seinen Schutz (Inier cetera tamen hoc spe- cialiter
statuendum censuimus, ut curtem que Maliace (Magliaso bei Agno am Lugaucrscc) dicitur vel
quidquid saepe dictum monasterium in valle Luana et in valle Agno habere videtur praeeipue
